  6.           END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  9. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  10. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  11. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  12. identified above.
  13. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  14. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  15. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  16. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  18. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  19. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  20. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  21. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  23. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  24. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  25. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  27. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an
  28. unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that
  29. each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright
  30. and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this
  31. EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  32. standalone product or included with your own product.

  34. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  36. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  37. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  38. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  39. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  41. Separation of Components.
  42. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  43. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  44.  
  45. Software Transfer.
  46. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  47. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  48.  
  49. Termination.
  50. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  51. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  52. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  53. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
  54.  
  55. Distribution.
  56. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  57. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  58. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  59. free or non-profit packages or products.

  61. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  62. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  63. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  64. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  65. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  66. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  67. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  68. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  69. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  70. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  71. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  72. purposes.

  74. LIMITED WARRANTY

  76. NO WARRANTIES.
  77. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  78. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  79. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  80. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  81. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  82. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  83. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  85. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  86. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  87. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  88. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  89. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  90. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  91. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
